The capital, talent, and entrepreneurial spirit of the Black & Latinx community is a driving force of the U.S. economy and we want to catalyze the next generation of investors that will fund and scale disruptive new companies.

About The Campaign

The 10,000 Investors Campaign aims to activate 10,000 new Black and Latinx accredited investors over the span of five (5) years.  These include angel investors, venture capitalists, family offices, and limited partners.  By “activating” these investors of color, we aim for each of the 10,000 investors to make at least a $10,000 investment into a Black or Latinx owned company and/or fund by 2025, thereby mobilizing $100,000,000 of capital for founders of color. Investments can be made through the ICN, through other investor networks, or funds.

Altogether, these new investors will have access to a new community of investors from which to learn, build trust, and access syndication opportunities.

Our goal is to completely change the early-stage investment landscape by exponentially increasing the number of sophisticated and active Black & Latinx investors in the ecosystem. By changing the face of the investor community, communities of color will have equitable access to the generational wealth creation opportunities inherent in this asset class. Additionally, we will begin to bridge the historic funding gaps faced by founders of color.

Investors that have joined the Campaign are also able to join the ICN Syndication Calls. If you’re interested in joining the Campaign or participating in a ICN Syndication Call, submit the form below.

During Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15, 2020 through October 15, 2020), the Investors of Color Network will lead the “10,000 Investors Campaign: Changing the Color of Capital” to activate 10,000 new Investors of Color and $100 million in new capital across the United States by 2025.
